You should exercise regularly to feel better, have more energy and live long. Because,

Exercise promotes good health and sound sleep.

2.Enough Sleep:
You should enough sleep to maintain a good health. If you don't sleep enough, you feel boring and sleepy whole day.so,

Adults need 7 to 8 hours of good quality sleep.

Teenagers need 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night.

Infants need to sleep between 12 and 16 hours a day.



3.Eat Healthy Foods:

You obviously take that foods which are healthy for your health. When you take foods anywhere, you should take a look and think this food is good for me or not.

Eat lots of fruit and vegetable in your everyday meal.

Do not avoid your breakfast.

Eat more more protein related foods likes as fish.

Eat less salt.

Avoid saturated fat and sugar.



4.Avoid Alcohol and Drug:

If you want to live long you must avoid alcohol. Yes you can think you are depressed, you are bored and anything else but you can't take alcohol and drug if you want live long in this beautiful earth. On the other hand if you take alcohol then you will face,

Brain Damage.
Pancreatitis.
Pregnancy complications.
Esophageal cancer.
Breast cancer.
Problems of Immune system.

5.Entertainment:

There are numerous studies on methods and activities that help quash mental health issues such as anxiety and depression and some contain gems of wisdom applicable to having fun in the process. You can complete your daily work if you find fun and entertain in these works. Entertainment must be needed. Because,

Boost your mood .

Helps to good and sound sleep.
